Are Obama or Rahm Emmanuel the greatest obstacle to genuine health care reform?

PRESIDENT OBAMA,

Why did your Chief of Staff demand the Unions support the Senate Health Care bill that is not in the interests of their membership nor in the interests of the majority of Americans?
Is this a political decision to keep industry contributions flowing into Democratic headquarters? Is Emmanuel working for the corrupt health care industry as well as yourself?
No matter what the reason, members of your administration poses a threat to the health of the nation.
Why are you demanding health care reform be deficit neutral? Is it your belief only war and propping up corrupt CEO's deserve public support? Why are you willing to spend hundreds of billions dollars on worthless pursuits and not a dime on the health of Americans?
